    The room was kept very clean and asking for housekeeping services was very easy through texting on Whatsapp. They reply promptly and I don’t have to call the staff. They even initiated an upgrade however I had another booking of the same room through another app and didn’t want to change rooms. Only feedback I have is more hooks in the toilets will be great.

    We like the fact that the hotel started off our check in with complimentary chocolates and high ball. The room is spacious and comfortable, and staff was responsive to our requests. The hotel is quiet, and near the haeundae beach. Subways is walkable, around 10 minutes walk away. Would be better if there are better pillows as they are quite flat. Other than that, good stay!

    I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Busan and had a very pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who took the time to explain the hotel's facilities thoroughly. They even served a piece of chocolate during check-in, which was a thoughtful and memorable touch. The room was cozy, comfortable, and well-maintained. The TV menu was mainly in Korean, but since I know a little Korean, I was able to navigate it. The location was also excellent. It is just a short walk to Haeundae Beach, directly opposite Paradise Hotel, and about a 900m walk to the nearest subway station, making it convenient for exploring Haeundae while still enjoying the beach area. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. I especially loved the sotbap options, which were delicious and offered a nice local touch compared to a standard hotel breakfast buffet. Overall, the warm hospitality, comfortable room, convenient location, and excellent breakfast made for a very enjoyable stay. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Busan and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable stay in the Haeundae area.

    Extremely disappointing service. We had a booking issue that could have easily been resolved, and we were willing to meet the hotel halfway to find a practical solution. Instead, the response was basically a flat refusal to help. No problem-solving, no flexibility, and no sense that they cared about the guest experience. The rooms also felt very dark and almost windowless, which made the stay feel much less comfortable than expected. Overall, this was one of those stays where the hotel seemed more interested in enforcing its own position than actually helping guests.
