    The location is excellent. It is very close to the airport limousine bus stop, and it is also convenient for getting to areas like Hongdae and Seongsu. I have stayed here several times, usually for multiple nights. Despite the unusually late check-in time (after 6 PM), I have continued to choose this hotel, and on my most recent stay, I even paid extra for early check-in. However, I was very disappointed with the service on my check-out day. The stated check-out time was 12:00 PM, but the staff called me at around 11:30 AM asking me to check out. I found this quite unpleasant and unprofessional, especially since I was still within the official check-out time. As a paying guest and a repeat customer, being rushed to leave before the stated check-out time left a very bad impression. On the positive side, luggage storage is available both before check-in and after check-out upon request.

    When i first went to check in my booking states 6pm but the counter staff told me i can only check in after 8pm. I didnt want to fight him on it but its either agoda put the wrong time or the hotel changed the time but this needs to be managed. The aircon in my room suddenly wasn’t working and it kept turning off by itself after 40 mins and couldn’t be turned on unless i turn off the whole room power. Even when it was on it was not cold. I told the staff at the counter and he told me its not possible to change rooms at night and only offered me a fan and told me to open the window. Even so my room was 26 degrees and even the walkway and outside temperature was colder than my own room. Would not stay here again.
