    I would visit this resort again, and I believe this means many thing, especially for whom on family based trip.

    아이들과 좋은 풍경 구경하고 공기마시며 천천히 여행하기에 너무 좋아요! 아직 워터파크랑 풀장이 개장을 안해서 많이 아쉬웠지만 3박 4일동안 편안하게 여행했습니다. 프론트 데스크 직원분들과 쿠치나 조식 직원분들 모두 친절하게 응대해주셨어요. 다만, 첫날 체크인 할 때 15분 마다 리조트 내를 도는 순환버스가 있다고 안내받아 다음날 오전 11시에 버스를 타러 나갔는데, 20분이 기다려도 오질 않아 거기 안내문에 써져있는 번호로 전화를 하니 받질 않으세요. 그래도 조금 더 기다리면 오겠지 했는데 10분이 더 넘어가도 안 와 다시 전화하니 기사분이 전화를 해야 데리러 온다네요. 어디서도 이런말을 들은 적도 없고 버스안내판에도 안 써있어서 결국 40분을 버스를 기다린다고 소비한채 탑승했더니, 저보고 누가 15분마다 온다고 했냐고 물으시더니, 저흰 여기 처음이라 장소장소가 얼마나 먼지도 모르는데 걸어서도 10분 걸리는데 버스를 부른다는 식으로 타박주시네요. 2살 쌍둥이, 9개월 아가를 어떻게 산비탈 오르락내리락 하는 길을 걸으라고 합니까! 그러면서 저희 차 직접 몰고 다녀도 된다고 하셔서 버스 타는 내내 굉장히 무안하고 기분이 너무 안 좋았어요. 버스를 타고 놀이공원으로 갔으니 숙소로 돌아가는 길도 어쩔 수 없이 불렀는데 눈치 주시고…저는 그래도 내리면서 감사합니다~ 하고 내렸는데 아무 응답도 안하시고… 정말 힐링하러 갔다 불쾌하고 여행내내 그 기사님 때문에 기분이 안 좋았네요. 그 다음날부턴 이틀동안 또 눈치 주실까 무서워서 셔틀 한번도 이용 안했어요. 체크인 할 때 정확히 어떤식으로 셔틀이 운행하는지 알려주시면 좋겠고, 기사님에게도 서비스 응대 알려주셔야 할 것 같아요. 작은 부분 때문에 전체적으로 너무 좋았던 여행이 계속 불쾌하게 잔상이 남습니다 ㅠㅠ
