    The accommodation is just perfect, in so many ways. Check-in is self service which you can complete prior to arrival or conveniently at the front door. The instructions given were easy to follow. Apartment is neat and tidy, not to mention spacious. We made some requests via the accommodation WhatsApp support, responds were prompt and helpful. Kitchen is well equipped, which allows us to prepare simple breakfast every morning. There is a dry room beside the front door to store our ski and snowboarding gears. What could have never better is the heating of the dry room. Although there’s a heater, operating it is a challenge... We can’t figure out how to turn on the drying for our wet gear. Nevertheless, we will definitely be back the next time we are here at Tsugaike.

    Great location, very near to ski lift. Complete kitchen set and spacious living room. Our itinerary changed last min, didnt go to the ski resort but my family had a fun snowplay outside the hotel.

    This has to be the biggest room I had during my trip to Japan. It is so spacious that it can accommodate six people, featuring two queen beds and two single beds, along with a long dining table, a sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen, including a wine chiller. I wish I could stay here for a week without any issues with self-catering. There is a washing machine and dryer available in the public area for sharing. The building has two stories, with three suites on each floor, and bath and face towels can be exchanged daily. The room offers a view of the gondola and ski run. The location is in a more secluded area of Hakuba, right next to the popular Tsugaike Kogen station. We had a hard time finding it due to the snow-covered path leading to the hotel, which made visibility difficult. Most of the restaurants only open after December 15th, as the winter season has not fully kicked in yet. Therefore, you'll need to drive about 15 minutes to the Hakuba Village or Happo areas for food, which is not very convenient for those who do not drive. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you are driving and have a large family or group visiting for skiing.
