It was easy finding this room.
Pros: Very clean, possibly new. All of the beds were BIG, plush and soft. Lots of pillows and blankets. The room had a nice sized TV, sofa; came with lots of free coffee and tea, and all amenities were included. The room is easily big enough to accommodate a family of 4 with luggage with no problem.👌. Another thing is the room smells absolutely wonderful. I felt like I was back in the States sometimes.
Cons: It’s a first floor unit. The entrance is a little strange as when you enter, it’s like entering a patio that has a lock on it and the door slides to the right. After you’re in, you’ll need to close that door behind you and lock it because anyone off the street can walk it and also enter your room if you forget because your actual room door only locks when you leave. Yes, I know it sounds strange, but that’s how it is. And when we opened the patio curtain that was inside of our room, we could literally see people walking by, and they could see us but luckily it’s not a heavily trafficked area so it wasn’t too bad, but if people walk by talking, it sometimes sounds like they’re right in the room with you.
Also, there is no bathtub, but the shower is good and the water is hot!
We will definitely stay there again and again and again. This is one of the best apartments we have stayed in in years. I wish we could’ve met the host and given them a hug. Good job!

Our group stay at SOKOResort Asakusa was absolutely flawless. The family room was pristine and perfectly designed for a group, but the real highlight was the exceptional airport pickup service. It made our arrival in Tokyo (in the evening) completely stress-free. From the prime location to the incredible hospitality, everything was perfect. Highly recommended for anyone traveling with a group!!

We stayed here in February and got to the location in the evening. It was somewhat tricky to find as there was just a sandwich board sign in a window stating the name of the place. Room was very cold (12 degrees) heater had not been turned on. After we figured out the heater it was a bit warmer but for the whole stay the room was chilly (17 degrees) no matter how high we put the heater. The room appears to be like a converted office. We had no contact with the owner during the entire stay. We had to reach out about procedures for departure.
Pros: space was large, bed was comfortable, close to a subway station, close to convenience store, sufficient electrical outlets, some extras provided like toothbrush and razors, a water bottle each and some treats were there on arrival which was nice.
Cons: chilly, heavy smell of room/couch deodorizer (if you are sensitive to smells you will likely be bothered), little to no communication from owner, no hooks for towels, couldn’t open drapes unless you wanted people walking by on the street looking in (room is street level)
