    The location of the hotel was excellent! It is within 5 to 10 minutes walk to at least 3 different subway stations, giving us excellent options to get to anywhere in Tokyo with minimal or no line changes. We had a total of 7 beds in our family room, which was more than enough. And coupled with the 2 toilets and 2 showers, it made the morning preparation and evening clean up after we came back much smoother. Not the mention the excellent washer and dryer available in our room, and they even supplied the washing powder! There's even a dining area for us to eat our takeaways and bentos when we were too lazy to eat out at the restaurants. The hotel staff were also very responsive to our messages and requests for additional amenities. Overall a very comfortable and affordable stay!

    No issues with checking in, lots of good hygiene amenities and shared bathroom was clean. Tighter end of a room but good for two people having their own space to themselves.

    We had a good guest at Tokyo Guest. The room was very spacious which was the best. We were three people, so it was quite comfortable even after all the luggage. The kitchen and all the amenities was a big plus No complaints but bathroom could have been a little more cleaner.
