    After eating food at the resort, my wife and daughter both had stomach pain while returning home urgently. This was a very disappointing and stressful experience for our family. I hope the resort checks the food quality and hygiene properly so other guests do not face the same problem.

    I recently stayed at debu’s The fern resort and spa jim corbett but the experience fell far short of expectations. The hotel lacks an alcohol license . There is no fitness centre in hotel, that is mentioned on agoda which is unacceptable for a luxury property promising wellness amenities. The spa is also inactive, with no treatments or facilities as there are not staff available during my visit. Swimming pool is also inactive during my visit. Food option were extremely restricted with limited food menu. Overall this hotel fails to deliver and feels more like a mid tier option. I advise looking elsewhere for a true luxury stay.
