    1. Bathrooms are not upto mark. There are windows in bathroom and tat is easily accessible through balcony which anyone can walk into. More to facilitate there are chairs near bathroom balcony window! 2. Water heater in my room was not working on day 1. We were asked to take bath in worker’s bathroom which was even worsely maintained. After making my son bath my wife felt very uncomfortable for her to take bath because workers standing near that bathroom window! 2. I paid for buffet breakfast. First day they made me go to another property to have buffet. But 2nd and 3rd day they made me eat in some small hotel with option to select 1 plate per person, saying chef is in leave. When I asked about i paid for buffet and where it is, staff’s reply was “I dont knw i am saying wat my manager said”!! 3. You can find parking if you are lucky, because its a shared parking with reliance smart bazzar and parking is extremely busy. Also ensure u r a very skilled driver because the parking space is really narrow. Am driving car for nearly 20 years and I found it difficult to park and take the car out. 4. If I go to Coorg again am surely not staying here!! 5. Better not to go with family.

    Room was very spacious and clean. My only concern is the morning breakfast, they are asking to go for the next street. Can't walk older peoples and couples with young children
