    We booked through Agoda, after reaching to the hotel they allotted us the room opposite to their reception in ground floor, which was terribly we felt drainage smell. We complained to the manager. He asked his staff to clean the toilet no use even after cleaning. They said no other rooms are available. And the room which they gave us was traces of human feet with dirt in floor, they didn’t mind about that after we said to them. Finally we asked to refund, we will go to another hotel at 10 pm night. They said you can cancel in agoda ur refund will come through the app. And finally the manager said I will give u another room and he allotted a better room in 2nd floor. Seems all rooms are vacant only our family and another one family was there. House keeping is poor and staff coordination also very poor.
