    Loved my time at Mountain Breeze Homestay! The rooms were spotless, and we woke up every day to stunning views. A calm, refreshing place to relax and unwind.

    The homestay is extremely beautiful. There are pro and cons to the property. While the house is very very beautiful, the view from the balcony is mesmerizing and the owner of the property himself was available to address our queries and concerns. The owner is an extremely kind person. Very helpful and approachable. He was available on call all the time and even made several calls to us so we are able to reach the hotel from the right direction. The con of the property is the location. Its very much on the interior of the city (on top of the mountains) so once you get to the hotel, just stay back there and you cant think of leaving every now and then since its a 14 km drive from the main city Madikeri. There are zero shops nearby to buy anything. But the place is very very peaceful. The owner and his wife with a few staff members cook daily meals and serve in breakfast and dinner. They have a carrom at the stay to keep the guests entertained. There are cardamom plantation outside the homestay and the owner was very kind to walk us to the fields and we also bought cardamoms and black pepper from the gardens. Overall there is nothing to do at the homestay. Stay here only if you are travelling with the intention of staying back and relaxing and sleeping in the hotel - otherwise not recommended The food available at the homestay was not much to our liking. Once again the house is made very beautifully and with much love
