    I booked the Executive Suite (Room ***) expecting a premium experience, but instead, it was a health hazard. I was so disgusted by the conditions and the staff's attitude that I had to cut my trip short and check out mid-stay. The Major Issues: Disgusting Hygiene Violations: Upon check-in, the room was filthy. Shockingly, the previous guest’s garbage bags—complete with used diapers—were left uncleaned inside the room. Mosquito Infestation: By the evening, the room was literally invaded by thousands of mosquitoes, making it entirely uninhabitable and unsafe. Appalling Customer Service: When I complained, the manager on duty dismissively told me that "every room has this issue" and then literally put my call on hold and abandoned the conversation. Zero empathy, zero customer service. Final Verdict: Paying for an Executive Suite here gets you hostile indifference and a sanitation nightmare. I am currently taking this matter to the Consumer Forum for a full refund due to severe deficiency of service and mental harassment. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place! Pros: None. Cons: Filthy rooms, Untrained staff, used garbage left behind, severe mosquito infestation, and incredibly rude management.
