    I booked a stay at Rigyal as a last-minute decision and arrived with zero expectations. From the exterior, the building resembles an apartment rather than a traditional hotel. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the interior; the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with good amenities. While the physical stay was comfortable, the hospitality fell short. The staff service was underwhelming and could definitely be improved. Additionally, be aware that there is no dedicated parking space available. Stay: 4/5 Location: 4/5 Hospitality: 2/5
