    Not a best place to stay. In such a cold weather neither the restaurant nor the lobby is having any heating arrangements. Apart from that to go to restaurants we have to move from open. The room is at third floor and no lift in the hotel. Electricity is major issue and hotel have DG set but they start it for few hours only. In such cold weather it is very difficult to live for one hour also without any heating arrangements

    The complete staff whether at reception or at restaurant were commendable. Facilities wise ,bed heater is life saving. Location is ok.Food is tasty. Overall it's one of best hotel to stay at Lachung. Parking is also available. View from rooms are also panoramic.

    We had a one night stay and it was very comfortable. The rooms were modern and good. We also enjoyed the in room food service and liked the food as we wanted something north indian and they prepared it well. The staff was good and we were well taken care after a long journey. Rooms had heaters which we appreciated.
