    Rooms are very clean, very friendly , there is a good view inside the room the garden is also maintaining a very well the food that was provide through the cottage is really good very hygienic and the qualities a very much more for two person and we ask to decorate the room for the anniversary they have date very best in a low budget this makes us very happy I refer everyone to stay and experience in this property

    ⭐ 1/5 Star One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel completely failed to maintain basic standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service. There was no hot water available, causing significant inconvenience throughout the stay. The bed sheets appeared unwashed and had an unpleasant smell, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The towels provided were dirty and did not appear to be properly sanitized. The bathroom was in a very unhygienic condition, with poor cleaning and maintenance. The reception staff were unhelpful, unprofessional, and showed little interest in resolving guest complaints. Despite raising concerns, no effective action was taken. For the amount charged, the quality of service and cleanliness was unacceptable. I strongly advise travelers to avoid this hotel if they value hygiene, comfort, and basic hospitality standards. Very disappointing and not worth the money.
