    Very nice looking, silent place,room are clean and neet, pool also neat and clean,staff's are politely approach, restaurant iteam are good,suitable for family and friends gang, hear no fire camp that one is drawback

    Rooms are good and spacious view is also good. If you only want to stay a good option is it. But breakfast or food option are very limited. There only 2 or three South Indian dishes they served. So be prepared if you are coming with kids.

    I booked this resort through Agoda, where the room was shown as ₹*** with a ***% discount, and I paid around ₹*** . Based on that, I expected a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The room I was initially given had a strong unpleasant smell and, to my surprise, it did not have air conditioning. Nowhere during the booking process was it mentioned that the room was non-AC. The bed sheet had visible black fungus (karimban) stains, and the bathroom was below average in terms of cleanliness. When I requested a room change, the staff asked me to pay an additional ₹500 for another room with AC. Although I had no other option, the upgraded room wasn't much better. It had the same type of bathroom and facilities, and the mattress was visibly unclean. I even found bugs and small flies on the bed. The comforter also had a bad smell, making it obvious that cleanliness was not given proper attention. I ended up cleaning parts of the room myself just to make it bearable. The bath towel provided was in terrible condition. It looked like it had once been white years ago but had turned dull and worn out, more like an old bathroom floor mat than a towel meant for guests. The outside ambience of the resort is pleasant, but because the room itself was so unhygienic and uncomfortable, I couldn't enjoy the property at all. The parking area also felt risky and inconvenient. The food was average. They aren't overcharging for it, so I don't have much to complain about there. The complimentary breakfast was actually good and was one of the few positive aspects of the stay. Overall, I came expecting a premium experience at a discounted price, but instead I received an average room with poor cleanliness, bad maintenance, and hidden surprises like the non-AC room. Even after paying extra, the experience did not improve much. For the price I paid, this resort is seriously overrated. The rooms are simply not worth the money, and I cannot recommend Ice Mist Munnar to anyone unless they significantly improve their cleanliness, maintenance, and transparency in room listings.
