    The stay was super comfortable. This resort has everything within one roof. From Olympic size indoor pool to outdoor children's pool. We really loved the indoor swimming pool. It has lots of activities such as cricket turf, pickle ball, football, volleyball, badminton, etc. The food was also tasty. We enjoyed our stay a lot and look forward to visit it again.

    Extremely disappointing experience. The housekeeping service was almost non-existent throughout the stay. Rooms were not cleaned properly, basic toiletries were not replenished on time, and requests had to be repeated multiple times with little to no response. The overall service was painfully slow. Whether it was room service, front desk assistance, or simple guest requests, everything took forever. Staff seemed indifferent and completely unconcerned about guest comfort. What was most frustrating was the clear difference in treatment between member and non-member guests. It genuinely felt like non-member guests were ignored and not valued at all. The hospitality and professionalism expected from a hotel of this standard were completely missing. Would definitely not recommend staying here unless you enjoy poor service and being treated like an afterthought.

    Would rate my overall experience at Unique Resort and Lifestyle, Valsad 3 out of 5 stars. The property is good and has the potential to be a 4-star experience, but there is considerable scope for improvement, especially in the food and beverage department. Food & Beverage: This is the main area where improvement is needed. The taste of the food is generally okay, but the quality is inconsistent. During breakfast, even simple items like watermelon juice and dosa took quite some time to arrive. Since it was a Sunday checkout day, the staff seemed unable to handle the crowd efficiently. The staff were not rude, but the service and response could certainly be more proactive. The resort has two dining options. The fine-dining restaurant was comparatively better — the food tasted good and the staff there were attentive. Special shout out to Shakuntala. However, the café-style outlet serving sizzlers, sandwiches, coffees, and mocktails needs improvement in both service and food quality. Please make sure the utensils, spoon are thoroughly cleaned. They also have an in-house bakery with pastries and cookies. The pastries were fine, but the cookies were not very impressive. Rooms & Service: Room service was good and reasonably prompt. Kids & Activities: Families with kids will find good options here. There is a play area for children under seven years, which is decent and keeps them engaged. There is also a game zone with table tennis, carrom, pool, ice hockey, ludo, and snakes & ladders. Swimming Pools: There are two pools — a larger pool with a depth of around 5.5 feet and a separate kids’ pool. The kids’ pool is available roughly from 10 AM to 8 PM, while the larger pool is accessible only until about 2 PM, which felt a bit restrictive. Spa: There is a spa within the resort, though the pricing felt quite expensive. Location: The property is about 20–25 minutes from Valsad railway station. Getting an auto from the station is easy, but while checking out it is better to arrange transport in advance. Real Estate Offering: The resort is also promoting residential plots within the property. However, the pricing seems quite steep — plots are around ₹50 lakh, and after construction as per their guidelines, the overall cost could reach close to ₹1.5 crore. Overall: The resort has good infrastructure, activities for kids, and a nice fine-dining option. However, improvements in food quality, service efficiency, and staff responsiveness would make the experience much better.
