    No towels given until asked, toilet seat not in place, empty water bottles, glasses smell of milk or tea not sure. Swimming pool greenish, not good especially for kids. No indoor games, no wifi facility. These are needs these days and some basic checks one has to do before guest arrives/key hand over. The price is also a bomb for this stay. I would never visit again or recommend to anyone. Please dont get fooled by the photos of Agoda. Agoda, do a better screening of hotels and please justify what I paid and what service/experience i received. Very bad of you and the resort.
