    Stay was best and view was superb. Positive: 1.Rooms are excellent. 2.Staffs are friendly (had a kid and they helped with food for him with what we gave) 3. The view was great from the room and the environment is quiet and enjoyable. 4.Accessible to other main places from here is more easy. Cons: 1. limited food, not sure because if we went on a weekday. 2. location is little hidden (only first time it will be difficult to find) visted yercaurd for more than 3 than apart from this and this is the best one (cost and facilities)

    Hello, The stay was good, staffs was extemly friendly. Food was good. Ambience is great and the room has some good views. The places are visits are 10-15 mins away and easy to travel. Its near to the bus stop as well.

    Had a decent stay at this resort. The food was good, and the rooms were notably large and very clean. One downside is that although an electric kettle is available in the room, they do not provide basic amenities like tea bags, sugar, or complimentary water bottles. Overall, not bad.

    The room was spacious and comfortable, which was definitely a positive. However, there were several issues that affected our overall experience. The room door was difficult to open, and when we informed the staff, we were told it was due to a sensor issue. The room also did not appear to be cleaned/dusted properly, as visible dust could be seen on the tables, TV unit, and other surfaces. Basic toiletries were not provided. When we requested them, we were given only shampoo and were informed that the other toiletries were out of stock. There was also a toilet tissue holder installed, but no toilet tissue was provided. The restaurant was not very clean either, so we preferred to have our meals outside rather than dine at the resort. The parking area was another major inconvenience. It was extremely small, with space for only around three cars. If a car was parked behind another vehicle, the vehicle in front could not be taken out easily. This caused inconvenience for all three guests staying at the resort. Overall, while the room itself was spacious and comfortable, the cleanliness, basic amenities, restaurant hygiene, and parking arrangements need significant improvement.
