    Very bad experience with family. The AC remote was not working, quilt was smelling, at reaching the receptionist was not aware about our stay information. Loud mobile voice at reception area, irritating to sleep.

    First I visited this hotel. I did bargaining but they didn't come under *k ..so i booked this hotel on Agoda i showed to the receptionist but he firstly rejected it saying that "we didn't accept bookings from Agoda" then after some he saw my phn for booking details and said these rooms didn't available and provide a room on Ground floor and The Story starts here he treated me like i did a sin by booking by Agoda He gave me the room which didn't have signal in my phone and no wifi signal also ...There were rats inside the false ceiling of this room running here and there ... Ruined my sleep ...gave me water on asking and first said it was chargeable later give me free but the I am just telling my overall experience no complaint...But i find out Hotels mistreat people who booked Online becoz their commission is gone!
