    I booked a room with breakfast included, but I had picked the wrong room category in haste. I asked the hotel to upgrade me and offered to pay the difference. They refused and suggested I cancel and rebook, which wasn't possible after check-in. Breakfast was promised between 8 and 10 AM, delivered to the room, which I was fine with. The next morning no breakfast came. I called the front desk repeatedly for about 20 minutes and nobody picked up. When I went to the desk in person, I was told the chef hadn't come in. A paid, included meal was not delivered, and there was no advance notice, no apology, and no alternative offered. The staff were also unwilling to accommodate a simple upgrade even when I was ready to pay. I expected much better communication and accountability.

    Abhorrent sanitary standards for any price, from the pillow covers to the towels nothing was clean , I only needed a place for the night, and leave early morning but even 12 hours of service is apparently too much to ask for, Would not recommend

    The hotel has great value for money stay. The rooms were clean and AC worked well. The only issue I felt was the attitude of the staff. Some of them are rude and do not respond well when asked for help.
