Hotel New Holiday

I had visited this hotel with my mother, had booked on agoda, on reaching I found out they didn't have the booking details, the staff person called up the owner to confirm about our reservation who was apparently on a personal trip, then i was asked to send booking confirmation SS on the owners no and later after confirmation I was asked to share my ID details on the same number again, which I did, the check-in time was 12pm and because we were traveling from another city, I had called and informed them that I would reach till 2:30-3 pm which was way past the check-in time, still they hadn't kept the room ready, someone had checked out right infront of us, so if we hadn't got late to reach the hotel, they would have made us wait 3 hrs to check-in, like seriously? After the previous guests checked out, they asked us to wait for sometime, so we waited, later the reception guy told us to go to the room, where a small boy, aged 13 years was making the bed and cleaning the room, yes they are promoting CHILD LABOUR, which is such a big offense, the hotel looked very shady, we had already paid and were tired from the long journey and also we were supposed to check out very early the next morning so we didn't think of looking out for another hotel and decided to stay, but the facilities were bad, i had to repeatedly remind them to clean the room and change the bedding which they hadn't changed after the previous guests had left coz apparently their bedsheets and pillow covers hadn't returned from the laundry, the shower wasn't working, morning 6 am I had to call up to the reception coz there was no water supply in the bathroom, which took 3 calls to them to finally respond. HAD A HORRIBLE STAY, TOTALLY UNSAFE, HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED, especially if women's are traveling alone, pls do not book this hotel
