    No proper wifi, private pool was having various reptiles nearby and even in room some kind of insects were there

    We had booked Private Pool Cottage for 10k/night in June 2026. Food: 5/5 Staff: 4/5 Cleanliness: 3/5 Facilities: 3/5 Important: -there is no light backup / inverter facility (our AC was not working for 1 hour). When complained, staff told technician is on the way. -private pool lights were not working. When complained, staff told electrician from Pune will visit after 2 days (what was the use of his visit after we checkout) -It’s a no range area (Airtel, Jio). Their WiFi service was down for 2 hours.

    We booked 4 rooms, looking at their App (which looks fabulous but reality is very different) and tried calling the property no response (Red flag 1) I should have learned from that but I went ahead and booked from Agoda, that’s when the problem started, to phone network, room landlines not working, WiFi problem, Dirty pool, broken tiles in the pool, water sprinkler not working, Food was ok but very costly, you are middle of no where so can’t even try other options, I have been charged for the food that I don’t even ordered, but when I carefully checked the bill got to know it’s not something that we ordered these are few quick feedback if I get more time I would have provided few more
