Location very far away from city. It's seems like Regenta brand but standard is more like a three star. Staff also not trained. They charge for everything even for water. It's more a village type area.

The location is not up to the mark and construction work is still going on, which creates disturbance. The staff is not at all cooperative and needs improvement in their service behavior. However, the rooms are really good compared to other hotels in the same category. Cleanliness of the rooms is satisfactory. Basic toilet accessories are not provided in the bathroom and need to be requested separately, which should ideally be arranged beforehand.
