    Very disappointing experience. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures shown on the website. The entrance was dirty, filled with drainage sludge, and had a terrible smell. The room cleanliness was unacceptable. The bed sheets and comforters had visible lipstick stains, oil stains, and food stains. When we requested fresh sheets, the staff was rude and uncooperative, insisting that the stained sheets were “clean” instead of helping us. The location was also extremely noisy with constant honking sounds throughout the day and night, making it very difficult to rest. Overall, the hotel failed badly in cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service. I would not recommend staying here.

    Have done booking through Agoda and when i reached location is worst .i have managed to stay for one day and next morning when i had asked breakfast they said it not in list then its get mor horrible have deicide to leave hotel and i left hotel next day . i wrote mail for refund of balance days which i will not be staying then no reply no customer care will take call and it's the worst stay ever in my life never do booking again as i have stayed for one day only and have to leave the place where i have paid for 3 night in advance who will refund my money back . dont betry customers by putting such hotel
