    The room service is excellent and the staff is very polite and helpful. The manager from Hotel Embassy was welcoming and honest. The Food was good too. Overall it is a good place at affordable rate.

    Great hotel with great prize. Clean and nice staff. Helpful. Food was great and it was near visa office so really convenient for our visa appointment stay.

    I checked in at approximately 12:30 PM and found that there was no water supply in the property. Unfortunately, no alternative arrangements or backup plan were provided despite the issue. After a long journey, I was unable to use the washroom or freshen up due to the lack of water. Despite repeated follow-ups with the staff, the water supply was only restored around 3:00 PM. This significant delay caused considerable inconvenience and resulted in me being late for an important meeting. For the tariff being charged, such a basic service failure is unacceptable. Guests should not have to face this level of inconvenience, especially without timely communication or contingency arrangements from the hotel. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here. It may be worth spending a little extra and choosing a nearby alternative that offers more reliable service.
