The Hotel is situated in main area which is easily accessible to Rock Beach, Bus stand, White Town etc. I loved the place. Thank you Heritage and Hotel staff for making my stay a memorable one.

Had an amazing stay in Pondicherry! Rooms were clean, staff was super helpful, and the location was perfect — just 5 mins from Rock Beach. Great value for money. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

The room itself was just fine—not terrible, but nothing great either. However, the bathroom was a completely different story. It felt like a dungeon and had a highly pungent, terrible smell that ruined the experience. There is no ventilation besides a single exhaust fan, which clearly wasn't working. To make matters worse, the staff started hounding me to leave well before it was necessary. They called my room two or three times starting at 11:00 AM to rush my checkout while I was still showering and packing. I was fully checked out by 11:30 AM, so the constant interruptions were highly intrusive and unnecessary. Between the awful smell and the pushy service, I would not recommend staying here.
