I visited this property from 20-May-26 to 22-May-26, and i highly not-recommend this place for stay, due to following reasons (photographs attached):
1) First of all, soon after booking through agoda, i wanted to check & confirmed our stay. The contact number given- call goes to the hotel chain- CheckIn hotels which doesnt accept agoda booking and force you to pay through CheckIn hotel app which 2 times more then agoda price.
2) Rooms are in bed condition- AC in bad condition, leaking AC water from ceiling, torn towels, torn curtains, fungus on curtains and walls. I changed 3 rooms in 2 days, after literally begging to the staff, but all 3 rooms were almost the same.
2) Staff very rude- Mr. Salman and others. Initially sounds very decent to talk but very stubborn and not supportive.
3) CheckIn hotel guys sits at the desk (picture attached) but doesn’t help. (May be we have booked through agoda)
4) I inquired a little bit more, as i never had such terrible experience in hotel bookings before. I learned Host Inn hotel (Now Pallettehad good name initially but now people managing
