    We had a very unique experience during our stay. The room concepts were very nice & the resort itself was very spacious. The staff were very courteous. Food definitely needs improvement, very limited menu & could have been tastier. But not a show stopper though.

    Beautiful property with impressive, luxurious-looking rooms, but unfortunately the experience did not match the price. The rooms are expensive, yet basic facilities were lacking some sockets didn’t work and there was no hairdryer in the bathroom. The staff also seemed very new and poorly trained; on our first night, nobody could properly explain the basic facilities or even direct us to the restaurant. The price of a room is as much as top 5 star hotels in Bangalore and for the amount we paid. Basics were not good at all. The biggest issue was the restaurant service. It is not clearly communicated that the main restaurant is predominantly vegetarian, and the non-veg restaurant was opened only reluctantly. On our second night, it was shut by around 7:30 pm, despite us travelling with three young children. There was no menu available, and after repeatedly requesting food, it finally arrived in our room close to 10 pm, by which time the kids were exhausted and crying. Being located on the outskirts of Mysore, we had very few alternatives that evening. The food that eventually arrived was hot, but the mutton was undercooked and the chicken masala was disappointing. The staff told us they were very new, and apparently even the chef had joined only two days earlier which explains some of the inconsistencies, but is difficult to accept at this price point. A special mention to Hussain and Karthik, who were genuinely sweet, helpful and tried their best to assist us. Overall, a beautiful property, but the service, restaurant operations and basic guest communication need significant improvement before it can justify its pricing.

    Food quality needs improvement, especially the non-veg items, which require much better taste and quality. Also, food delivery is taking too much time even when there are very few guests/customers present.
