    Room with balcony in 4th floor was good.

    The hotel appeared to be reasonably clean and maintained acceptable hygiene standards. However, there were several issues that significantly impacted my stay. The most serious concern was the power outage in the early morning. When the electricity went out, the backup generator was not activated, and power was only restored after approximately three hours. This made it very difficult to sleep properly and caused considerable inconvenience. Another drawback is that the property does not have an in-house restaurant. The nearest dining option is over 3 km away, forcing guests to rely on food delivery services. When I ordered food from outside late at night, the night-shift staff informed me that I could not eat in the common dining area because no cleaning staff was available. This was disappointing and not very guest-friendly. Considering the lack of dining facilities, the poor handling of the prolonged power outage, and the overall guest experience, I am surprised that Agoda continues to list this property without addressing these concerns.
