    ​I originally booked this hotel for its advertised location and the promised lake view, but the entire experience was a massive letdown. The location itself is incredibly frustrating and completely inaccessible by car. You are forced to navigate a maze of small, difficult-to-cross roads just to reach the entrance. ​There is no on-site parking at all. You have to use a public parking lot located about a kilometer away and pay an additional 250 rupees per day out of pocket. While the hotel does provide an e-rickshaw to pick you up from the parking area, there is a huge catch: the service stops at 8:00 PM. If you arrive or return after 8 PM, you are forced to walk back to the hotel yourself in the dark. To make matters worse, GPS is highly inaccurate in these narrow streets, making it incredibly easy to get lost while dragging your luggage.

    Most service problem like wash basin issue, spray jey high pressure doesn't get resolved otherwise staff was quite cooperative and respectful.

    “Our experience at this hotel was not good as a family. The place did not feel very family-friendly and there were no proper facilities for children. The environment was also not very comfortable for kids. Another problem is the location, which is quite inside and it is difficult to find autos or transportation easily. This made traveling with family more inconvenient. I would not recommend this hotel for families with children.”
