Cleanliness- felt untidy. Got the bathroom clean in front of my eyes at 11pm at night. Or was hell stinky
Maintenance- room and hotel were not maintained well.
Agoda pictures- hotel was not upto the mark, as shown in the pictures. No toileries just a Rs 5 wala soap. It was shown even a bathtub while booking, however it was highly impossible to have it there considering the other facts.
No lift- Hotel was at 2nd floor and did. It have any lift or support staff to get your bags up. Baing a female, having spinal back issues. I had to pull my bags up there myself
Staff- staff support was OK, but no female staff there
Female safety- Not felt safe to stay back even for a single night alone as a female. Changed my Hotel at 12.00 midnight
Refunds- have paid 1500 advance (per day price was 972 as per my agoda booking), stayed there for an hour just bcoz I had ordered dinner from zomato at that address and he had not refunded a single penny...just after 1.5 hours of the payment done
I would never recommend this hotel to someone with family or female
Hotel did not felt safe for a female of family. Maahol thik nahi tha...wahan ka crowd thik nahi tha

Power went off at 3.45 am in the morning which was reatored at 6 am giving sleepless nights to customers. The hotel did not have generator that wven fans can work. Very poor experience

Room is good, but in terms of cleanliness not good and drinking water they give is not clean all the time, I told the service guy but they send me the same water again so you've to buy water from outside.
