    I stayed there for 2 days, the rooms were clean, bathroom clean. It was a good stay. They seemed a lil under staffed though.

    Rooms were good and as expected, but the overall room service was extremely poor. I had to call multiple times even for basic items like water bottles. On the first day, they provided sealed water bottles, but after that they repeatedly gave used, refilled water bottles, which is completely unhygienic and unsafe. After drinking this water, I even developed throat pain, showing how serious the hygiene issue is. When requesting tea bags and related items, the staff said they are provided only once, even if the stay is for more than two days — which is not standard for any hotel. For four people in the room, they provided only one towel. Even after requesting 2–3 times, the same excuse was given (“it’s in laundry”). Only on the last day did they provide four towels, even though we stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. Breakfast timing was 8–10 AM. One day I reached exactly at 10:00 AM, and they still said breakfast was over — even though I was not late. On another day, I reached well within the time and still found that basic items like bread toast were already finished one hour before the closing time. A clear bias was visible: offline customers were treated with respect, while online customers like us were not given proper attention or service.
