    Cleanliness is a big issue... don't go by the pics. There are many better hotels where you could choose from. The rooms were vacant but I requested for an early check-in and check-out. Of course early check-out was welcomed but early check-in was not given. Above that rooms and the linen, towels, bathroom were not clean atall.

    Dear Agoda Customer Support Team, I am writing to request a refund for an additional charge of ₹*** that I was required to pay at the hotel for my recent booking. My booking details are as follows: * Booking ID: 1928596868 * Hotel: Hotel Ekana * Check-in Date: August 23, 2025 * Duration: 2 nights The price I saw and paid on the Agoda app was not honored by the hotel staff. I was informed by the hotel manager that the room could not be provided at the rate shown in the app, and I was required to pay an additional ₹*** to secure the accommodation. This seems to be an error on Agoda's part, as the rate displayed in the app was not the one agreed upon by the hotel. I have attached a screenshot of the additional payment made at the hotel for your reference. Since the discrepancy was due to the incorrect pricing shown on your platform, I kindly request a refund of the ₹***that I was unfairly charged. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
