I found it unfit for a stay. Although the staff was very supportive but they have limited authority.
At first sight, you find it a nice place to stay but as soon as you enter your room, truth reveals.
The mattress was ok and the sheet was clean but the bed wedge and pillows were dirty, smelly, and had big stains on it.
We asked for blanket and what we got was nothing less than horror. Blankets were so dirty and smelly that the odor was unbearable. It looks like they haven't cleaned the blankets for last 4-5 years. We asked for another pair of blankets after highlighting this issue, and the housekeeper said that all blankets are same.
Complementary water bottle's seal was already broken and was filled with tap water. A renowned brand's 2 water bottles, both filled with tap water was served to us. Imagine, a resort which wasn't able to provide two 2 bottles of clean water for drinking.
Initially, no water coming from washroom taps. But after raising this issue, problem gor fixed in 15 minutes.
I am not going to stay there again because its very unhygienic and unfit to stay. Also an embarrassing moment when you reach there as a couple.
