    Room are very poor and the staff treated me like a dog no waste basket on room wash room is not good, if we call room servise they don't come or help us It was my first worst experience from a hotel so don't take eny rooms from leo grand Hotel

    I had booked and paid for the room online through Agoda, but when I arrived, the staff claimed they had not received the payment and refused to honor the booking. I was forced to pay ₹1300 in cash just to check in. On top of that, they did not provide any receipt or bill for the cash payment. The receptionist did not speak or understand English, which made communication extremely difficult and frustrating. There was no support or willingness to resolve the issue on their end. Additionally, the room lacked several facilities that were clearly listed at the time of booking, including no air conditioning and other basic amenities. What was promised online did not match the actual condition of the room. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing and stressful. I would not recommend this property to anyone unless they improve communication, provide the promised facilities, and coordinate properly with booking platforms like Agoda.
