Reel vs real I mean book deluxe room but not same as a photos is to small and no space and this hotel chargeable on miral water in room

The rooms were clean and tidy, the toilet seats had little bit of stains and bathroom door was not closing properly. The room which we were staying, AC can be operated only by the reception people. (I guess the room which we stayed has this problem). Our friends stayed in another room which didn't have this problem and the room was very clean. The location and the overall stay is good.
The Location is a high plus as it's located near the airport. we can view the landing and takeoff from the rooftop restaurant and that view was very good.
Overall I would rate 4 out of 5 (1 is just for the toilet seat stains).

The level of politeness and helpfulness of the hotel staff right from the phone enquiry to the actual arrival and stay has me pleasantly surprised as you expect this level of customer service from a bigger branded hotel.
When I first called, my query was answered to my satisfaction. When I arrived before check in time, they accomoadated me without much hassle. And service during my stay like concierge and guidance. Hence my recommendation

Staff of this hotel was terrible.
Made my experience so bad I can't even recommend this hotel even to my enemies.
My roommate was having childhood photo in her adhaar card due to which they refused us to check-in to our room.
Also we have given Verified adhaar card from digilocker even then they refused us to check-in
Also they were very rude.
Made extremely worst decision to book this hotel
Also, it was mentioned in room details that room was having sofa but it was not there in rooms.
Overall worst experience ever encountered during hotel booking
