It is good. Staffs are nice and very helpful. The facilities /Cleanliness could be improved a little to have the 4 star hotel title. Location is good.

For a Four Star Hotel, I found it quite lacking. The air conditioning unit is weak and does not cool the room without having the ceiling fan on at the same time. The location is on a busy noisy road. The room was okay but very limited wardrobe space for hanging clothes. no drawers. The Safe did not work. The Wifi kept cutting out so communication was difficult. There was no hairdryer in the room. The bottled water was not supplied automatically - you had to find someone and ask. The tea cups were very small - a large mug would be preferable for morning coffee. No gym or spa facilities. Chairs in room and lobby were not comfortable. Not all Reception staff spoke good English so sometimes you would be totally ignored. All in all, not up to the standard of a four star hotel.
