    They don't provide towel or soap or literally anything and the staff is rude. they say if u book directly through us then only they will provide services

    We booked for 4 people 2 Rooms. But only 3 people were stayed. 4th person came late and they didn't allow him to stay. Very disappointed

    I had a very disappointing experience at this property. The location itself is inconvenient, and parking is extremely limited. If you own a long vehicle, you won’t be able to park in the basement at all. The cleanliness was far below expectations—bedsheets were not clean, and the toilets were very poorly maintained. What made the stay even worse is that the photos shown on Agoda are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. Overall, this is not a place I would recommend booking, even for a single night.
