    Very conveniently located close to the highway. Clean big rooms - should do something about the mosquitoes though. Breakfast spread is impressive, can reduce oil a bit. Sea food options not available.

    The premium cottage rooms are really small and experience is okay. Rest everything is good and satisfactory.

    It was an average experience at Pai resort. They offered us upgrade of our booked room category because the hotel was occupied for a high profile wedding function that day and the next day. But the upgraded room had worst location with all garbage lying in the corner outside. One can not open curtains as it was so bad view outside. Then we insisted them to shift us to our booked room category. They kept saying that guests there extended the stay and they are taking time to vacate it. They took hours to shift us to that room and wasted our valuable time in the city and spoilt our plans. The room that they shifted us too had absolutely no view, was very congested for a family of four. We somehow managed to spend a night. They've no amenities at all. I'd not suggest this place for families with small kids. The only positive points are, convenient location for travel to nearby tourist places, cleanliness of rooms and buffet breakfast.
