    There is a lot of difference in the rooms shown in photos and actual. The size of rooms differes and congested. Swimming pool is very small and it is under maintenance. Staff are good and location is excellent.

    Positives : * Very hospitable staff * Location is a major plus. Negatives : * Pool Maintenance to be improved * Mesh in the balcony needs to be maintained * For the property, price could be a bit on lower side.

    This is an apartment complex that’s converted into a hotel, so it doesn’t have the vibe of a three star hotel as such. It’s centrally located and also close to the beach, which is a plus. The front desk staff were courteous. The rooms are small, and there isn’t much space to move around. I was travelling alone, so it didn’t matter to me that much. The AC and running hot water were the only “Deluxe” features of my room. I avoided eating anything from the restaurant on the terrace. Frankly, I will try a different hotel the next time I visit Karwar.
