Good location. Rooms comfortable.
Hallway and stairs all scuffed, chipped and tired looking. Windows all need washing, bird poo on all of them. Garden spaces cob webs, bbq not cleaned, garden wooden steps rotting. No toiletries /shower gel etc. would have expected much higher standard for the price.
