Ubicación muy céntrica y una zona segura. Además el propietario muy atento e instrucciones claras. Las instalaciones son muy espaciosas y bien acondicionados.

Para llegar hay que subir cinco pisos sin ascensor y no tiene barandilla.

This place had lots of mosquitoes. We got many bites and didn't sleep very well. Also seems to be an issue with water pressure meaning we could only shower or wash dishes when the water pressure returned, generally after 5:30pm, which wasn't very convenient when we wanted a morning shower.

The location is quite good, close to the city center, and everything is within walking distance. There are several cafés and small shops nearby. The beds are comfortable enough, and the rooms are spacious. The internet works, although it occasionally disconnects, but overall it works :)

The apartment is located on the top floor of the building (5th or 6th floor) with no elevator. The stairs also do not have handrails, so I would definitely not recommend it for families with small children or elderly people. The kitchen lacks some essential equipment — instead of a kettle, you have to boil water in a pot. There are also not enough utensils, such as knives and similar items. Upon arrival, some dirty dishes from previous guests had been left behind. In the bathroom, water from the toilet leaks onto the floor, and the tiles are very slippery. Each guest is provided with only one towel, one roll of toilet paper, and a small amount of liquid soap. The bedroom windows face the street, where there is quite a lot of noise from honking cars starting early in the morning.
