A complete let down.
The only thing I liked about this place is location
Before arriving, I let the host know I need help with my luggages, and although I provided long notice of time when I would arrive, there was no one to help me carry up the stairs. Also, for the majority of the stay there was a strong cigarette stench which made it difficult to breathe, and although host attempted to fix the problem with air freshener, this was ineffective. Further, there was hair from previous tenants on the floor, the shower had no caddy which meant I had no where to place washing items, and there were ants and bugs everywhere. Also, place has been advertised as brand new, however, it is not and the smell of mould on top of cigarettes filled the place. Outside the property, there is no clean path to cross, instead you have to walk over sand and worry that you might fall. The only positive was that the mattress was decent, but overall, if you have high standards, I don’t recommend choosing this place.

The studio was very clean and well equipped with everything needed. The host was super friendly and helpful, which made the stay pleasant.
The space is smaller than it looks in the photos. The mattress is smaller than the queen bed frame, and there isn’t a proper dining table, which makes it uncomfortable for more than two people.
