Avenija Luxury Apartment

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we truly felt like we were being welcomed by family rather than checking into an apartment. The hosts were incredibly warm, kind, and helpful, which made the entire experience even more special. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean — honestly one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. Everything felt brand new, modern, and very thoughtfully designed, with many great features that made the stay extremely comfortable. The garage parking was also a huge convenience and made everything so much easier. You can truly tell that this is a place cared for by someone who genuinely enjoys hosting and takes pride in the apartment and the guest experience. That personal care and attention really stood out throughout our stay. The location was perfect, with so many great places to eat nearby, along with small local bazaars and markets where you can quickly pick up anything you might need. It was an ideal combination of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The Apartment is furnished with care and taste, it has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. At the ground floor of the building there is a coffee shop, market, doner /meat place, nearby shopping center and sports Centre and Olympic sports facility center. But before all, the host Suad and his wife are the most hospitable and kind, going out of their way to make us feel welcome! I would stay here every next opportunity..

We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights and it quickly became one of our favorite units. Check-in was fast and smooth, with clear instructions on how to enter. There is private underground parking, a hypermarket just 5 minutes away, and public transport to the Old Town every 5 minutes. The apartment has everything you need, including fruits, candies, honey, water, coffee, and milk capsules for coffee. Thank you!
