If you are lucky enough to find this room available, book it quickly! The attention to detail and the communication from the owner is incredible. I only booked for 4 days, but ended up staying almost 2 weeks! The bed is very comfortable, the apartment is quiet, and very safe. Everything matches the provided photos. Inside is everything you need for a long stay, fully stocked kitchen, oven, kettle, AC/heat, washing machine, large television, and standard Sarajevo high speed internet etc. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. The apartment uses a lockbox for obtaining the key, so with the excellent communication in English from the owner, you can rest assured you will get entry even if you arrive at an odd hour. This is just one less thing to worry about while traveling. There is a large Marcador market with ATMs nearby, a pharmacy, bakery, and all other stores you need in walking distance. I travel on foot and the apartment is located maybe a 5 to 7 minute walk uphill from the RTV tram stop near the big police station. There are also trolly buses behind the apartment to take you to the interesting places in the city. Of course if you message the owner, he will gladly share local information and direct you if you need assistance. The neighborhood is just normal people living normal lives. It is not a touristy spot, no loud music, no big crowds, no loud neighbors. You can relax here after a long day of exploring the city. I don't drive, but I always saw some available parking spaces, but you might not always find one immediately in front of the apartment.

I honestly can not think of anything related to the apartment that I didn't like. If you are elderly and on foot with luggage, you might want to taxi to the apartment or take the trolly to avoid the uphill walk. I noticed all of the shops and market nearby were closed on Sunday so be prepared for that. There is no balcony on the apartment and no scenic view from the large window if you are looking for that. There are plenty of benches outside however, and if you want to brave the very steep hill behind the apartments, there is a park with fantastic views of the valley to visit. If you have a large family, the apartment might be a little small for you, but for small families, couples, or solo travellers it is absolutely perfect. Some reviews had mentioned no microwave, and as of writing this review, there still was not one in the apartment. I had no use for one, so it was not an issue The only issue I had with the apartment is that there only seems to be one outlet in the kitchen and one in the living space for charging phones, laptops, etc. I would maybe suggest the owner could provide a long extension cord with multiple outlets so that devices could be charged near the bed. But this is such a small thing it is hardly worth mentioning and probably not an issue for most people.
