L’appartamento è nuovo e confortevole.
Colazione buona e healthy (aggiungerei gli yogurt - ma questo è personale, non è un punto negativo).
E’ a disposizione il necessario per soggiornare.
Suggerirei:
- un cambio di cuscini, sono praticamente piatti e inesistenti,
- una zanzariera alla porta che va sul balcone (credo che l’estate sia necessaria)
- cambiare la pentola antiaderente che è grattata (purtroppo sono in generale nocive e le persone che soggiornano non hanno l’accortezza di stare attenti a non grattarla).

The accommodation was very beautiful, modern, and spotlessly clean. Everything we needed was provided, and the place was very well equipped. We especially appreciated it was as well quiet — there was no noise from the surroundings at all, which made our stay very comfortable and relaxing.
As a small downside, the surrounding area is quite unattractive, dirty, and feels a bit sketchy. However, this does not affect the quality of the accommodation itself, which was excellent. We would also suggest not advertising the stay as including breakfast, as it consisted only of jam, honey, and some packaged pastries.

Apartamentul este nou, curat și confortabil. Mic si dragut, ai tot ce nevoie (prosoape, produse de igiena, cafea).
Este in 5 minute pe jos de la statie sau 20 de la Gara de Tren. Peste drum este un market, destul de comod. Gazda excelenta.
Sunt momente cand se simtea un miros neplacut de canalizare din baie, dar nu cred ca e problema proprietatii neaparat.

The apartment was nice and looks like on the photos.
Price was ok for the stay.
Don't book that for holidays, maybe just for Business if you have low budget and just need a place to sleep.
The location was very scary and the surroundings looks more like you're in an industry environment, but thats not the owners fault.
The breakfast is just some stuff which you can take by your own from the fridge.
You won't get told what you are entitled to request and promises should be kept and stick to that what you say.
