We had to ‘upgrade’ our room because we were told that the room with queen bed is cheaper than the room with two twin beds. We though you just request it as long as it is a room for 2 people. Then we had to change rooms because the aircon was not working. What redeemed it was there was a cery helpful staff that was very courteous and was cery helpful to teach us to get a membership for the upgrade (although we still paid extra), but the membership also allowed us to do late checkout. So overall, it is ok. Facilities they could do more improvement. For the staff, most are nice but not all. Location it is good since it is a few minutes away from the train station. There is also a mcdonald by the train station and some shops, also near the gigantic LV and massive starbucks shop.
