For the price, the facilities are acceptable. The location is convenient for the subway, and there are plenty of local restaurants nearby, which worked well for me. The hotel itself is fairly ordinary, but you can't ask for much more at this price point, and I found it perfectly workable. One drawback: I travelled with colleagues, and each of our rooms had some issue. Some had a strong smell coming from the bathroom, some had a noisy air conditioner near the window or unidentified noise from elsewhere, one had a TV with a blurry screen, and another had slightly damp walls. None of it was serious enough to ruin the stay, but it's worth knowing if you're booking several rooms. Fine if your expectations are modest.

Excellent stay in a prime central location! The staff were incredibly supportive and went out of their way to be helpful. A huge bonus was the complimentary laundry room - having free access to washers and dryers made my trip so much easier. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

Moderately better than a hostel Thin walls Running water from pipes heard at all hours Flattering me by making me sleep in a diagonal because the bed is so short but at least I feel tall and uncomfortable Won’t be staying here ever again in fact checking out a couple nights early
