The home is a beautiful row house in DC. It looks to have recently been totally renovated with lovely flooring, counter tops, appliances, hardware etc. It was very well prepared for our visit and we just had to unpack and we were on our way. It's a 3 level home with bedrooms in the "basement" area and the 3rd floor. The second floor is kitchen and living room. One concern is there is no eating area for a family sit down. The kids had to sit at the coffee table to eat or play games and the adults stood at the kitchen counter. But aside from that the home was spacious and, though the outside temperature prevented us from using it, the patio area is large and nicely secluded from the neighbors.
