This impeccably furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers you waterfront luxury. The 4th floor views will provide serenity and when you step out to the wrap-around deck you will catch the sunsets up close and personal. The deluxe kitchen is fully appointed with everything you need to cook and entertain. We also equip you with complimentary beach towels, chairs, umbrella and beach buggy. You will enjoy the convenience of having a washer and dryer, and hi speed wifi.

Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you.

- Association approval including criminal background check is required prior to occupancy. Once application is filled out, background check will be run by the Association so that approval can be granted.
- This luxury property is a perfect retreat, but is certainly not a party pad. It is outfitted with high end furniture and decor, all of which will be inventoried before and after :)

- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- The responsible party booking and staying at this condo must be 25 years or older.
- The condo is not designed for partying, but rather a relaxing vacation destination. We expect guests to treat the home with respect and leave everything in the condition it was found in. Any damage should be reported upon check-in.
- Towels and linens are for normal use - not for dying hair, removing makeup, cleaning up spills, etc.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
